The project consists of the expansion of a small building used as a holiday home; a large dormer window, an extension of the existing roof, forms a volume in which a bedroom has been created on the first floor and a porch on the ground floor; a large window, a direct extension of the window on the ground floor and set in the pitch of the roof, brings a lot of light into the room, and allows a spectacular view towards Lake Maggiore.

The existing environments have been renovated and redeveloped, as have the garden spaces.
